Fairing close consisting of:

• 4 doors controlled by switch limit for access at sander units and 4 small doors in lower part for access to steering wheels of position control

Loader including:

• Feeding table of pieces one by one
•  Table with manual height regulation according piece diameter
•  Support track with regulation according of length and piece diameter (To avoid overlap of pieces)
•  Pieces with stop for to dose one at one pieces, adjustable according to pieces diameter.
•  A cylinder push the pieces for introduce it over trawling rollers..(Positioning according to pieces length)

2 motorized trawling rollers for move the pieces under the belts comprised by:

•  Three-phase motor for trawl the pieces to the working zone of 0,18 kW 1.500 rpm
•  Trawling rollers mounted on table with manual regulation according to tube diameter.
•  Steerable support for trawl of piece
•  Point support of tubes with adjustable support and laterals guides according to piece diamete in working zone.

4 Sanding units model BA5 including:

• Three-phase motor for belt turn of 4 kW 1.500 rpm
• Electronic brake system
• Table manual drive for cross adjustment
•  Belt development  2.750 x 100 mm
•  Pneumatic belt tensioning
• Centring belt by means manual handle

Other elements:

• 2 Mouth of blown for to dry pieces with air pressure regulation
• Cooling system with distributor coolant circuit
• Filter system with moto-pump for revert the clean refrigerant
• Coolant volumen: 100 l./min.
• Tank capacity: 200 l.
